The virtual Family court on 5 March will proceed where there are solicitors for all parties in each case. Family Motions involving lay litigants scheduled for the March court are adjourned to the 16 April court and will be reviewed further at the end of March.
The Civil motions court will proceed virtually on 15 March where there are solicitors for all parties in each case. Civil Motions involving lay litigants scheduled for the March court are adjourned to 26 April court and will be reviewed further at the end of March.
Any urgent motions involving lay litigants can be facilitated upon request to the court office trimcourtoffice@courts.ie.
The Possessions court on 1 March 2021 is adjourned to 21 June 2021.
The Possessions court on 22 March 2021 is adjourned to 24 May 2021.
Consent applications/ adjournments can continue to be received by email and be ruled at court.
Taxations, marriage exemptions, care rep applications and ground rents will continue via virtual courts.
